Paragraph 4 shall apply where the Court of Justice of the European Communities has ruled at the request of an arbitration panel in accordance with Article 174(1) of the Withdrawal Agreement (request for a decision of the Court of Justice of the European Communities on certain matters arising from a dispute submitted to arbitration). (c) Articles 12 and 13 of the Protocol on Ireland and Northern Ireland in the Withdrawal Agreement (implementation, application, monitoring and application of the Protocol and the Common Provisions), (b) such withdrawal or such an aspect taken together` and (a) any aspect of such withdrawal, including (inter alia)- Subsection 2 shall apply where a request has been made to the other Party under Article 170 of the Withdrawal Agreement (request for the constitution of a withdrawal arbitration panel for a dispute between the EU and the UNITED Kingdom). (c) Article 20(2) of the Swiss Agreement on Civil Rights (right of entry and exit of frontier workers). (e) references to Sections 5 and 6 (customs duties and common agricultural policy) to the Common Customs Tariff of the European Union, to the union provision directly applicable, excluding customs duties, European Union rules and EU agricultural levies to such matters, in so far as they are applicable to the United Kingdom and the United Kingdom in accordance with Part 4 of the Withdrawal Agreement, and (b) taking into account, inter alia, timeliness; ensure that, where one of those agreements complies with the provisions of one of those agreements, the effect of the applicable law of separation contracts with respect to the matters addressed in each agreement in the relevant provision is appropriate. A Minister of the Crown may not accept a recommendation of the Joint Committee in accordance with Article 11(2) of the Protocol on Northern Ireland in the Withdrawal Agreement (recommendations on North-South cooperation): 1.The Co-Chair of the United Kingdom Joint Committee may not give his or her consent to the Joint Committee in accordance with the written procedure laid down in Article 9, paragraph 1 of the Withdrawal Agreement, in accordance with the written procedure referred to in Article 9(1) of Annex VIII to the Withdrawal Agreement.
