Agreement Case 1
The agreement guarantees them that other parties will not satisfy consumer demand for category D to G machinery. Such a guarantee is important in a stagnant market with powerful competitors and in the search for sales opportunities. The agreement therefore prevents producers and importers, as they did before the agreement in all energy categories, from competing in all sectors of energy categories. (48) Washing machines that consume less electricity by otherwise constant factors are objectively more technically efficient. The reduction in electricity consumption indirectly leads to a reduction in pollution due to electricity production. The future operation of all installed machines that provide the same service with less indirect pollution is economically more efficient than without the agreement.
